Monday's Menu


TGI Friday's has one of my favotite low-carb meals - Sizzling Chicken & Cheese! Two sauteed chicken breasts served in a skillet with bubbling cheeses, peppers & onions! It normally comes with mashed potatoes, but I always substitute broccolli instead.

8:30am - organic peanut
butter

12pm - Wawa roasted chicken salad (lettuce, tomato, bacon, chicken, parmesan cheese, ranch dressing)

6pm - a few fried green beans - 2 chicken breasts, cheese, green peppers, red peppers, onions, broccolli - ranch dressing
