Saturday's Menu
We went to visit my parents today - and you'll notice I ate a lot more than I normally do. That tends to happen when you go to a social gathering. However, I kept all of my choices low-carb...so I'm guilt free!
8am - organic peanut butter
12pm - bacon double cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, mayo (no bun!)
3pm - pepperoni, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, cherry tomatoes, green peppers
6pm - grilled pork chop, kielbasa, sauerkraut, mustard - salad with ranch dressing - Dreamfields pasta salad - spinach, feta cheese
7pm - sugar-free jello, whipped cream
