B - 2 fried eggs, ground turkey, peppers and onions, low-carb ketchup
L - Italian sausage and peppers with cheese and a little tomato sauce
S - peanuts
D - My yummy low-carb tomato & Caesar pizza, salad
80 oz of water!
I am a believer that the carbohydrates in our diet are at the root of obesity and disease. I also think the majority of nutritional advice that gets passed down to us from the government and so-called health experts is bunk. I've been low-carbin' since January 2007 - and I'm never going back to eating starches, sugars and "healthy" whole grains! I'm chronicling my journey here!
