Wednesday's Menu
B - Atkins bar
L - leftover blackened chicken with Ranch dipping sauce, creamed spinach (yum!)
D - grilled chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms kobobs, asparagus
S - 2 oz of cheese, peanuts
60 oz of water!
I am a believer that the carbohydrates in our diet are at the root of obesity and disease. I also think the majority of nutritional advice that gets passed down to us from the government and so-called health experts is bunk. I've been low-carbin' since January 2007 - and I'm never going back to eating starches, sugars and "healthy" whole grains! I'm chronicling my journey here!
