L - Salad w/ roasted chicken, tomatoes, bacon, grated cheese, & Ranch dressing
S - 1 oz Swiss cheese
D - Steak, Caesar salad
S - Strawberries
I am a believer that the carbohydrates in our diet are at the root of obesity and disease. I also think the majority of nutritional advice that gets passed down to us from the government and so-called health experts is bunk. I've been low-carbin' since January 2007 - and I'm never going back to eating starches, sugars and "healthy" whole grains! I'm chronicling my journey here!
