I am a believer that the carbohydrates in our diet are at the root of obesity and disease. I also think the majority of nutritional advice that gets passed down to us from the government and so-called health experts is bunk. I've been low-carbin' since January 2007 - and I'm never going back to eating starches, sugars and "healthy" whole grains! I'm chronicling my journey here!

I live here in South Jersey with my wife and our beautiful twin daughters...and our cat Pepper! I'm a real homebody so it's nice to have people you love at HOME!
